Dynamic Acceptance Sampling Strategy Based on Product Quality Performance Using Examples from IC Test Factory

Acceptance sampling plans are divided into attributes and variables, which used to evaluate the mechanism for determining lot quality. Traditional attribute usually choose Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) each stage based on experience but need practical guidelines follow. Previous research endeavors have predominantly centered around statistical perspectives emphasized reduction of sample size or frequency while allocating lesser consideration cost factors applications when formulating decisions. This study proposes a dynamic strategy minimize costs estimate AQL values sizes product quality performance establish more effective flexible strategy. The verifies scenario in an integrated circuit (IC) testing factory, considering multiple combinations between-batch conditions, within-batch method, ratio, conducts inspection simulations. When changes, is activated adjust AQL. Finally, errors results, comparison made with traditional MIL-STD-105E plan, confirming that plan has significantly improved performance.
